Overview

It is often helpful to take images while completing field work to help explain the field tests or inspections that were completed. These images are often taken with a phone camera and need to be included on the test report to be distributed to the customer.

Attaching a Test Report Image

Once the field test or inspection workflow has been completed from the Work Order page tap on the Add Test Report Image workflow link.

1. Tap on Select image
2. An existing image can either be selected from the mobile device's photo gallery or a new photo can be taken with the mobile device's camera
3. Select the test report that the image is to be attached to from the drop-down of available test reports on the work order
4. Enter a Caption and Description that will be displayed with the image on the test report
5. Tap on the Done button

Managing Test Report Images

It is possible to end up adding a large number of test report images to a work order. These can accidentally be added to the wrong test report or may need their captions updated. On the Work Order page tap on Manage Test Report Images workflow link.

The test reports on the work order are displayed in headers with any images attached to these reports displayed in workflow links underneath with their captions. If updates need to be made to an image tap on the appropriate image workflow link.

1. The Caption and Description can be updated
2. Tap the Done button to save
3. The Manage Test Report Images page will be displayed again. Update any other images and then tap Done to return to the Work Order page.
