Test Method

This functionality does not exist on all Sieve Analysis worksheets.

Where this option is offered, it is because a worksheet can be used for more than one test method.

In some cases, where the tests' methods are identical apart from the name, the only change caused by making a selection is to change the name of the test method on the report.

In other cases, where test methods are similar but not identical, as well as changing the name of the test method on the report, structural and calculation changes may be made to the worksheet and the report. Where this occurs, refer to the individual test documentation for details.

Test Procedure

This functionality does not exist on all Sieve Analysis worksheets.

In some test methods, there may be more than one pathway, or procedure, for carrying out the test. These will usually involve changes in recording, and possibly reporting, requirements. Different calculations may also be involved.

The option to select a test procedure will usually be available on worksheets where multiple procedures exist in a test method. Because these options are typically specific to a particular test method, refer to the individual test documentation for details.
