Overview

When selecting an equipment item on a test worksheet, an equipment status icon is shown near the equipment drop down (usually above it). Clicking this icon opens a dialog box showing more information about the item of equipment including the relevant calibration information.

The equipment status icon will vary depending on whether the item is within calibration or not.

Icon	Displays when:

Open	The item is within calibration or does not have any calibration record associated with it.
Open	The item is not in calibration for the test date.

Calibration Dialog

Selecting the icons above will open the equipment calibration dialog which includes the following information:

• The equipment type and code is displayed in the header

• The Date of Test being performed

• The task name of the referenced calibration task is displayed in bold, immediately above the last performed date

• The Last Performed date for this referenced calibration

• The Due date of the calibration
