This article describes the differences between using QEST Web App worksheets inside QESTLab and using QEST Web App worksheets through a web browser.

Overview
QEST Web App worksheets can be accessed through QESTLab so users do not need to switch applications. However, there are some noticeable differences between using QEST Web App worksheets in QESTLab and using QEST Web App worksheets in a web browser.
Links
When accessing worksheets from inside QESTLab, users will not be able to follow any links appearing on the worksheet.
When accessing the QEST Web App worksheet through a web browser, links in the worksheet will take the user to the appropriate worksheet.
Feature Unavailable Message in QESTLab
A Feature Unavailable information window will be displayed when the link is selected. The screenshot below shows the Feature Unavailable information window appearing after the Open Worksheet link has been selected on an Atterberg Limits test to open a worksheet for a moisture content test on a different sample.
Equipment Interfacing
Equipment interfacing is not available on QEST Web App worksheets accessed from inside QESTLab. The worksheet must be accessed through the QEST Web App to use equipment interfacing on these worksheets. Using Interfaced Equipment in QEST Web App
Worksheet Header
When opening a QEST Web App worksheet in QESTLab, the top of the worksheet shows the following details:

Whereas, when the QEST Web App worksheet is accessed through a web browser, a header showing the project and sample details is displayed.
