Applies to QEST Web App (QWA)

Overview

While all laboratory test worksheets are accessible from QESTLab directly, laboratory worksheets that have been implemented in the QEST Web App can be accessed through a web browser.

The QEST Web App provides web access to test worksheets where the tests have already been registered in the QEST Platform.

This allows the laboratory technician to use small portable devices, such as tablets or even smart phones, as "at the bench" electronic replacements for paper worksheets.

QWA worksheets are designed as sequential documents and every effort has been made to match laboratory workflows in their design,

Advances in both hardware and software have allowed a more open and free-flowing structure to be used in the design of the worksheets, where space restrictions have been largely reduced, allowing screen prompts and other text to be more expansive and therefore hopefully provide a clearer, more intuitive, user experience.
